Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size issues (only on eligible products)

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Customized or made-to-order outfits
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Accessories, jewelry, and innerwear
  • Products damaged due to improper use or care

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive an incorrect size or defective item, we offer a one-time exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • If the desired size or product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued (valid for a limited period).

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 75879 00039 within 24hours of receiving the order.
  • Share your order number, clear product images, and the issue details.
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.

Note: Return shipping charges, if applicable, may be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Mode of refund will be the original payment mode or store credit, as applicable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

Important Notes

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen resolution and will not be considered a defect.
  • Handmade and ethnic products may have minor variations, which add to their uniqueness.
